“This doesn’t sound like a good project from the standpoint of eliminating a number of existing units in favor of a bunch of undersized units that won’t be suitable for many people and especially families while no doubt demanding top dollar being that they are furnished units. Existing renters who have been paying controlled rents will be thrown out in the cold having to find housing above what they can afford. I do wonder about such a high building in that area which will block out sightlines and access to life affirming sunshine. ”
